The item, as you can see on the WoWhead page, is a 100% guaranteed drop from the world boss 'The Soultakers'. The requirements are being Artifact Knowledge Level 4 and to simply kill the 3 world bosses. I was above Artifact Knowledge Level 4 and i killed all 3 of The Soultakers, and yet i did not receive the item, despite it being a 100% guaranteed drop. I noticed a few other DK's in my raid group at the time of killing the boss got the item, but for some reason i did not. I assumed it was a bug and thus i made an in-game ticket but was directed here by a GM in a ticket to post my issue.

Also, i only play Frost spec, so the issue definitely isn't that i wasn't in Frost spec because i was. I also noticed a few people in the WoWhead comments section mentioning needing to loot the boss for the item (but some say it's automatically given to you), though when i tried to loot all 3 of the world bosses (The Soultakers), i got the message "You do not have permission to loot that corpse".

Lastly, i found this bug report from a few months ago, in the database, when searching for the ID of this item;

So i'm not sure if this is some kind of bug but it's a 100% guaranteed drop yet i did not get the drop. I couldn't loot the corpses neither. I can not attempt to get it again as the world bosses don't spawn for me anymore, it's another 6 days until the next world boss rotation, and god knows how long until this particular world boss is back in rotation - and then to yet again not get a drop that should be 100% guaranteed. I just feel robbed. I spent ages trying to down these world bosses as they are extremely difficult, having spent forever forming a raid group, and i did not get the item either because it refused to drop despite being a guaranteed drop, or because of a corpse loot bug claiming i did not have permission to loot the corpse.

I would truly appreciate anything that can be done for me on this matter. Thank you very much for your time reading this and for your response ahead of time.
