Details: After killing Sha of pride in heroic mode, half of the group was dead and we were unable to rez due to the combat bug. Some people were dead far away from the chest and we've waited hoping to leave combat. But while waiting the chest dispeared around 3 mins after killing the boss. So no one got the opportunity to loot or bonus roll on it.
