I was doing some quests (in Stormheim) and there was one quest when you approach Skold-Ashil, i think it was that region in Stormheim at least.
There you get "Stormforged Grapple Launcher" for a specific quest, i got it once and it got removed after completed a specific quest (dont know the name, sorry).

The thing is, i need this item for the Demon Hunter Campaign, Questname is "Rune Ruination : Runelord Ragnar".

I´m requesting adding the item to my character or providing information on how to get this item (if i can obtain it again tho)
