Key for quest not dropping on any difficulty.

I'll follow up further , I see that many people have completed but am unsure why this quest item is not dropping from boss on multiple attempts in multiple difficulties. When I enter the instance the map says that it should be there.

I also will confirm before you ask this was done in a party and not in a raid group. Tried dropping and retakign quest, and have completed it 5 times today alone.

Ok please close topic. For those doign this quest it appears it is about a 30% drop rate across all diff. It dropped on the 7th run on normal. So it does work.
