[COMPLETED] Winters Grasp Illusion was PURCHASED, now missing. Can I please have it sent again.

Details: (optional) I have made multiple purchases on ALLUNAH, one of which is Winters grasp Illusion. This is now missing of all my other characters.

I have read through rejected bugs posts, where people are told the only option is to refarm the missing illusions.
