Details: (optional) I've used artifact restore, traits got bugged, i've made a ticket and i was instructed to open a topic in item restore with the mention to delete my old artifacts.

I will send the new artifacts soon, Delete cache before taking them and AFTER taking them from mail EXIT game to save to server
