[COMPLETED] fire mage artifact bugged cant use any traits

Details: (optional) : Ok so a while ago i had a quest where i needed to empower my artifact,i did and i got 1/1 but the npc wasnt there so i used the artifact_fix on the site witch deleted my fire artifact and then i got it back from the mail,the quest fixed itself after server restarted and thats not the issue...i continued using my arcane artifact and everything was fine.
So i got a little bit bored of arcane spec and tried switching to fire and my fire artifact doesnt seem to work
The main problem is that i cant put any artifact power into traits,it says that i have 3,700 ap and when i go to the forge in my class hall and try to use my AP, i cant unlock any traits
i cant even unlock my main trait for the fire the first spell you get,i also cant unlock the second trait,and that's all that is shown to me the first 2 traits but i cant put ap into them
when i click on a trait nothing happens
i tried restarting my game many times i tried getting more artifact power that just didnt work i put in the AP but after i relog or something the ap i put goes back to 3,700

PS: I have a relic on my artifact called Gift of Flame you can see in the picture if you could give that back to me it would be nice
