in Toes raid the 2 first bosses dropped [Sigil of Power] but after [Tsulong] encounter and loot the second [Sigil of Power] ,
server went offline and the second [Sigil of Power] vanished from my bag
( i had 3 before server going offline)
i have a screenshot from guild news that show i looted 2 [Sigil of Power].
