Campaign Demon Hunter Bug

Was doing https://forum.wow-freakz.com/view-post-5846379.html campaign for Demon Hunter few days ago and I got disconnected from server during Defense of the Fel Hammer and since then I could not retake or redo the campaign at all and I don't have the quest or the console to start the first part of that campaign, I saw on forums that I need to find GM ingame to help me out and I got absolutely no help from certain GM telling me "It should work, can't help you" all I need is reset of campaign or just finish it for me so I can continue with the next quests and get the things I need from it! Please help me out i've been waiting for days with tickets :/
