Can i transfer my hunter from MoP to Legion ?

I need help i have level 90 hunter on MoP and i want to ask if i can transfer him to Legion
It says that i can transfer untill November 2017 but when i try i can't .

P.S: I have transfered my mounts and pets thas that affect it in any way ?

And sorry if this is off topic but i need to know .

You cannot transfer your character from genesis > felsong.

Only mounts / pets / achievements are transferred nothing else
