Can player use .challenge for ress? I just don't know. I fought with guy in goldshire and he used .challenge to ress and reset cds. After that he killed me. (i had cd) It's normal for pvp in world?

He is resurrected even if I refuse. And if I use .challenge_off he just .challenge another player.
