Can't attack monsters

Hey, so I did Shaper's Terrace quest and after finishing it I was left in gorilla's form, didn't know how to transform back, so I logged out and when I logged in, I couldn't attack monsters, when I went to finish quest to a city, i could attack npcs. How can I fix it?
