Can't loot items properly

WoW Freakz item link: Bloodhunter's Quary
Bug description: About 80% of the time I am not able to loot the item even with shoulder enhancements (Normal items as well)
Proof: I cannot take a screenshot of it because each time I click on the item the loot window shots itself down. Not even autoloot works.

It has a cooldown, you should only be able to loot 1 bag/item all 30min with shoulder enchants
