I did world quests in Azsuna and map says i did 4/4 but when i go to Wardens' Redoubt npc doesn't have quest to turn it in. Is there something i don't know about?

The emisarry for Azsuna world quests is a bit above Illidari Stand. The Wardens' Redoubt is for Warden World Quests.. "X slain"
