Bug description: Even if I have Exalted with The Violet Eye, the NPC doesn't sell me anything. I should've been able to buy the blacksmithing recipes after I got honored with that faction, see https://www.wowhead.com/npc=16388/koren#comments:id=52220:reply=245953
