Cannot enchant with transmog glow a normal 2h spear/axe/sword

Bug description: As a survival hunter you cannot enchant from the transmogrifier a normal polearm or sword/axe. If u are a leveling character and want to apply an enchant/glow as a hunter to your polearm from the transmogrifier you cannot do that. I do not know if this happens for other classes as well. On the other hand if u want to transmog your legendary weapon u can apply a glow effect.
On blizz you can apply a glow efect on the normal polearm. I myself used it to apply an effect of glow to my Rifle, as showed on the video. This trick worked thoughout legion till the end, and continued in BFA, even after a hot fix at the beggining of the BFA expansion. It would be much appreciated if u could manage to solve this issue. Also, the glow effects arent as strong in color as they should be.
