Cannot get the priest artifact quest (tried everything on the forum but it doesn't work)

Bug description: Hello
I could not finish this artifact quest scenario so i abandoned it
Now i do not have it anymore and no NPC will give me the quest (not in Dalaran and no Alonsus faol)
I have deleted my Cache folder and restarted and waited in Dalaran, nothing hapened. I deleted my WTF folder and retarted and waited in Dalaran but nothing happened again.
please help me i cannot get the quest anywhere.
Character: Aizlyn
Realm: Felsong
Proof: I do not have the quest in my quest log
and i cannot get it from any NPC and no NPC will spawn in Dalaran to give me the quest
