Cant change my race Help!

I have made a race change for character Zaldari from Horde my alt and now it says Race cannot be changed in the character customization screen i need help cause i paid in the morning , it shows that i can change faction button but doest work after that
i tried relog restart relauncher everything still !

The thing is, if he purchased a RACE change, he can't do a faction change. So since he's changing his race in horde faction, he can only change amongst horde races.
If he wants to switch to Draenei from Orc, he has to purchase a faction change, since in the first post he mentioned that he bought a race change.

Also, he can't rename the character unless he pays for that as well.
