Adevaru este ca in ziua de azi .. 70 % din produsele de pe piata sunt numai chimicale care nu fac bine organismului - Nu prea se mai mananca sanatos deloc -

Si totusi,nu exista zi in care sa nu mananc de la fast-food portii mari de cartofi prajiti si tot nu ma ingras.Cum se face ca unii oameni se ingrasa chiar si atunci cand se gandesc la mancare?

Pai asta depinde de organism.Depinde de cat de repede organismul arde grasimile.La unele persoane grasimile ard mai repede, la alte persoane mai lent.

HBO ca sa iti dau un exemplu, la mine grasimile se ard foarte repede ...nu stiu dc dar.... mananc in prostie si nu pot sa ma ingras deloc - , poate odata cu trecerea anilor ai adolescentei sa mai pun ceva pe mine. -
