Cataclysm: How to Install & Play [EN]

Hey guys,
I get a problem every time I try to open the actual WoW-Freakz file, and any other form of '.Exe' file.
I get the message:

ERROR #134 (0x85100086) Fatal Condition
Program: C:\Users\predator\Downloads\World of Warcraft 4.0.6a FREAKZ Edition\World of Warcraft\World of Warcraft\wow_freakz.exe

Failed to open archive Data/wow-update-13205.MPQ. Missing or corrupted data.
Unable to recover using data from the network. Please check your Internet connection and try again.

It used to be the WoW-update-13164.MPQ but I took some other advice and deleted it...
To no avail. :c
Does anyone know how to fix this?
It's the fourth time I've redownloaded everything.
I've done that, used CCleaner to clean registry, everything.
Please help! :'(

I dont know how to take screen shot while in full screen but here wat they said

at the pre-creation screen (after i successfully log in)

"Patch Require: Press restart button below to exit world of warcraft and download the patch"

The patch I have right now is 4.0.6 (default patch from the torrentz on you guys website)

Check to see if the realmlist is the right one.
If that's not the problem, download the game again.

I did download the game again but encounter the same problem. Do i have to delete anything else beside the default launcher and wow.exe?

ok so, i downloaded the WoW client 4.0.6 from an outside source (22.5 gb), then changed the realm set and used the freakz launcher, everything went well....

i logged in, (success).

however, when i came to chose the realm, clicked on exodus....a window showed up saying (logging in to...blabla) it stayed there for like 10 seconds, and then just went away....tried to log in to other realms, tried logging in to the same realm again and again....but nothing happened.

any ideas how to resolve this?

I start wow with the Freakz luancher, and wow starts up and everything, Ive changed the realm but when I try to login it says: The information you have entered is not valid?... Please help ?

Hello I am a new member trying to connect. I am experiencing the same problems others have. Regardless of what I try (delete launcher, set realmlist ect) whenever I login to wow it always try to update. Your help is appreciated.

I have found the solution and unlike @Freaver, I would share it, because that is what you have to do in a community...

The message usually occurs when the WoW.exe does not have connection to the internet or you are in offline mode (which is an option of IE).
The fix is pretty simple - the WoW.exe is not able to start because IE(Internet Explorer) has gone to offline mode due to some reason. In order to fix that, simply open IE, go to a webpage(google.com for example) and it will go from offline to online mode. It will ask if it should go back to offline, but just ignore that. You could now start your WoW exe successfully.

In case you receive the message again in the future, just open the IE again and go to online mode. Pretty simple fix, eh

I recommend that you download the WoW Freakz Edition (the torrent is located on the left-handed panel on http://www.wow.freakz.ro/ ).
In order to fix your issue, I suggest you delete your Cache and WTF folder followed by accessing your Data folder, and deleting Cache and all the files with the extension .MPQ ; after that you run Wow.exe , and wait for the game to download the necessary files in order to run the game.

A lot of times after server maintenance or if you are just having a hard time connecting to the game it's a good idea to power cycle the connection. This will clear out the DNS cache and allow the connection to build new connection information.

Here's how to power cycle:

1. Turn off all computers on the network
2. Unplug the power from the modem and the router (if applicable)
3. Wait about 1-2 minutes
4. Plug in the modem first and wait for it to completely boot up
5. If there was a router, plug the power back in and wait for it to completely boot up
6. Turn on the computers and try the game out
