[Cataclysm] Quest Elemental Bonds: Doubt - id 29327

Character name: Elfidan
Bug description: I speak for the first time to complete the quest "Into Slashing Winds". Cyclonas ends it and gives me the quest "Elemental Bonds: Doubt". The quest should start by talking to him again. However, when talking to him, nothing happens. This is what should happen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iAU5Qaf7pAI.

Instead I talk to him and I have no chance to continue.
It's the initial quest for Cataclism, so I can't do any quests after that. Very blocking.
