I accidentally deleted the quest: https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=38254&&name=derailment
the quest giver is: https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=90180&&name=exarch-naielle

now, the quest giver is situated in iron docks, i cannot reach her to retake the quest or i don't know how, the character is inside the dungeon I think,but in a different phase

pls help
