Chain quest for epic dagger

Hi, I wanted to know if the chain to make the epic daggers (http://www.wowhead.com/item=77949, http://www.wowhead.com/item=77950) is working. Or, if someone of the staff can tell me if will fix or if the daggers will remain only on payment.

The legendary daggers are available only by donation.

for the daggers u need to pickpocket Hagara ... aaand she is not scripted, end.

well but maybe the staff could add a chane to get pre- legendary weps ? thee ones with 397 and 406 ilvl ? it would be fair i think.(im speaking about later when there will be enough scripts in ds for that), can staff say something about this ?
