Challenge and hidden appearance

Hi,
i have hidden and challenge appearances for my paladin's holy and ret specs but i dont have them for my protection.
im talking about the ones which are given to players freely despite if they did the challenge or hidden quests or not.

Which appearances are you exactly talking about? None were given for free.

Well i got the first tints of mage tower challenge and hidden appearance for free for every character i made for every spec i even got the hidden one for my protection warrior that i had b4 bfa

I don't think you will receive any more appearances. Arkod informed you none were given free to players, at least not intentionally.

this is a brand new character and as u can see i have both challenge and hidden artifact for holy and ret but i have the class hall questline appearance for prot.
i made this character in bfa and didnt have it back in legion and its name is Noorafkan if u want to look it up.

Those skins were not meant to be given for either old or brand new character, it's a game flaw which occurred when the core was changed and will most likely be fixed.

Even on retail the mage tower became unavailable once Legion ended.
