how can i know if i did? and if not what do i have to do to complete it

Please continue your questline at the Paladin class hall. If you don't have the Legionfall questchain available right now, it most likely means you didn't complete it.

I'd advise you to try to remember the last quest you completed regarding the Paladin campaign. You can use youtube videos to help refresh your memory, and use this guide along with a macro as well:

You can look up each of the quests on our database and then use the quest ID to replace the "00000" from the macro above. That will help you find out if you completed that specific quest or not.
