Chaos Orb Bug

Hey everyone, here is Feranis, and I got a problem. Like 1 month ago, I got a chaos orb with Vote Points. Everything went ok. And yesterday, I bought one Chaos Orb with 160.000 golds from a guy. Again, everythign went alright. But now, It says its Soulbound, and I cant trade it or sell it. What should I do ? I relloged and it didnt. worked.

Now you got 3 Chaos Orbs... Are they all soulbound?

I got one from someone, I didnt receive it from you/mail. And its not soulbound. But I still want another one. Its not my fault after all that it became soulbound after I got it from someone.
