Character to account transfer

Since this is in the english zone, here it goes:)
I want to suggest you to make a section *php* where you could send your character to a diferent account,
maybe with the same email or with no email rule, iff I want to transfer my second/3/4 char on a diferent account I can make that with or without trade rules.

We won't do this because the amount of account/character scam will increase drastically.
