Character warlock problem

Hi, need help with my warlock, i can't use some spells to attack enemies, it's like trying to hit a friendly objet, already try with unstuck but i still have the problem.

these are the spells, chaos bolt, cataclysm, conflagrate, inmolate and incinerate.
i try changing spec but doesn't work

Are your spells on excessive cooldowns? Please provide visual proof of what's happening.

Create a ticket in-game and ask a GM to reset your cooldowns. (You need to be online for this.)
