Chelra The Bladewall permanently following character

Character name:Iqa
Bug description: Ever since I clicked on Chelra The Bladewall, she is permanently following my character regardless of logging out. There is a permanent "buff" which cannot be removed. If I teleport to another location NPC is not there but the "buff" is. If I would to relog, the NPC would spawn right beside me. My character is Iqa (arcane mage) in Shadowlands realm. I am not the only one with this problem, my friend clicked on the NPC just like me and has the same problem. I would like to get rid of the NPC.

I have the same problem on my warlock (Lexiot). I would also like my problem resolved.
