Choose xp rate

Hello. I have a problem. I selected xp rate x10, but when i login in game first time on my character there was written xp x5. Is xp x5 max on this server or i do anythink wrong?

After you hit level 85 the xp rate changes to x5

Pandaren characters & characters above level 85 receive 5x XP rates regardless the account setting, is there any chance your character is Pandaren?

Yes i did Pandaren Shaman. Are Pandaren's have x5 exp all time?

No only until you complete the starting zone quest line. Afterwards you will be able to play at x10 up until level 85.
