Class Hall Campaign broken on reboot - no longer possible to open 3rd relic slot - help!

Details: (optional) was doing class hall campaign, picked up quest to do a mission, before I could start mission server shut down. When i came back, the quest I had picked up was gone, and quest giver no longer had quest. The mission was still available, so I started it, but when it finished, there is still no quest to continue the class campaign. I am stuck, no way to unlock 3rd relic slot because of ill timed reboot - please help - I opened a ticket in game too.
