Bug description: Need to loot Vial of Liquid Felflame from Fel Couldren's but 3 worked the rest of them dont

I also have a problem with the monk Hall quest, i need to destroy a keystone and it dosent spawn

Please make a seperate report and state the quest along with proof.

As for the original report, I couldn't reproduce the issue. Try to delete your cache folder or re-start the quest.
