[PENDING] At the beginning, there seem to be spawned two Talking Skulls as a visual. So when you take the two quests from the skulls, there remains one untargetable skull with the visual of the exclamation mark.

[PENDING] Instructior Chillheart's HP and attacks seem to be overtuned her second stage doesn't happen so you can't finish the encounter and you can't loot her. The level of the boss also seems to be a visual from and shows level 92 (MoP) and it should be 62 (classic).

[PENDING] Lilian Voss's stage three doesn't work so killing her doesn't count towards the progress of the dungeon although she can be looted.

[PENDING] Darkmaster Gandling's ability Harsh Lession doesn't work properly and he teleports you under the texture where you fall down and die.
