Client Crash on Startup

Hi,
I recently download the game both from blizz client and from freakz torret, but both give me the same error after set NOT Read Only the Data Folder and started it from the freakz launcher:

What do you start, wow.exe or launcher.exe? Happens the same when you launch both of them?

I've tried both "launcher_freakz-64" and "Wow-64" (with of course the 32 bit counterpart).
I've another installed wow folder in my pc (that work, but is offy), so i don't know if maybe could be that...maybe some registry key?

Update: nope, uninstalled the old folder (the offy one) and yet the freakz one keep crash

What if you delete wow64.exe and launch wow.exe?

This is the fix for Windows 10 2016:

Just hit your windows key and search xbox. Open up that app and go through the initial setup if you haven't opened it before, takes less than 5 minutes. Then once in the main app click the settings gear. At the top it says general, game DVR, etc. Click on Game DVR and turn off "Record game clips and screenshots using Game DVR". It should work completely fine afterwards.
