Connection problems

Hi guys.
In the last 2 days i'm experiencing heavy connection problems.
The first one is "the exodus problem" alredy found in some topics.
But now i can't connect even to Genesis or Evolution, and moreover, when i finally connect to one realm there is great lag on every realm. Somebody told me that cataclysm "autopatches" the game during the playtime but i see the router connection inactive (leds didn't blink), whereas internet browsing it's ok.
At last, the last 2 days i can't also connect to Freakz main page wow.freakz.ro (tryed also wow1. e wow2.) except some rare occasions.
Help me pleaseeeee

EDIT: Tryed also the proxifier . . .nothing changed
