Consistent Disadvantage for Alliance BG

Vast majority of the time i join BG we get outnumbered by the Horde 2/1 or even 3/1, oddly enough around 5 minutes into the game suddenly like clockworks alliance join bg. Also what makes 0 sense is that while we are being outnumbered by the Horde waiting for Alliance players to enter i see Alliance Players on the Horde side.....wth...

Its frustrating seeing the Players from our Faction that we need taken from us and put in a Team that doesnt need them.
