Hello there. About a few months ago I started to not be able to log in on Freakz and any other private server, but given the fact that I had some exams to prepare for I decided it wasn't such a big deal. When Legion came out I wanted to play, but I suddenly I remembered I cannot connect. I disabled my firewall, put my laptop and router as a DMZ, tried unblocking TCP ports on both the laptop and the router, but still could not connect. I've been playing ever since with internet provided by Hotspot from my phone, but lag finally got my blood boiling. Two days ago I bought a new router thinking maybe that was the problem but, today, after configuring and setting it up, I still get the same error ( BLZ5190002). Thing is, I can connect from anywhere else (like my brother's place, or some friend's), excepting my own house. Can anyone give a desperate man some help, please?

That sounds like an issue with the router blocking your ports, if you say you can connect from hotspots. You must have failed @ setting DMZ, that should fix it

That means your ports are not blocked, at least main one which is used for login. What exactly happens when you try to login? Connecting ... 10 seconds ... disconnected? Or instant disconnect?

It is like a few seconds with the "Connecting..." screen and then disconnect and BLZ5190002. Weird thing is, it happens exactly the same on every private server, but Retail connects without any delays.

Everything looks ok... do you know how to use wireshark? It's a tool that intercepts network trafic. Please download it, start recording, start wow, login, stop wireshark recording and save the trafic log and upload it here

I checked the log: packets are being sent but are not received, this can mean 2 things:
- your ports are closed, but you were able to download that file http://eu.patch.battle.net:1119/wow/cdns which means your ports are actually open. Can you make a log again when trying to access this link? I want to see communication on port 1119 (also used for wow login) is ok, if you receive data ok
- your IP is banned by our host (but you said it doesn't work for any server). However, if you can access our websites it means your IP is actually not banned, since website and server share the same host (not the same server, but same host)
