Bug description: Cooking School Bell does not work.
Proof: I have buyed in previous patch Cooking School Bell from PNG Nam Ironpaw <Stockmaster>.
It worked correctly in previous patch but now i can't use it any more.
When you try to use it, it says "The spell is not available for you".
Please check and correct. Thank you.
