[Court of Stars] Teeming not working

Bug description: Teeming seems not to work at all in court of stars.
The amount of trash remains the same and it's consuming a lot of of time to get 100%.
I mean if some of this many 3 mob groups would be 4-5 like on retail it's much better.

Proof: On freakz only the 3 constructs at the door appear, but many other grps are not bigger.
One example is the grp infront the first boss which has 2x bound energy and 2x guard in this video (4:40).
Also if you watch further around the 2nd boss some inquisitors and constructs are doubled (14:11).

In that picture alone you can see 2x Inquisitor 2x Shadow Mistress 2x Construct and 2x Legion Hound from teeming.

Teeming didnt change in any patch so I guess proof from different patched shouldnt be a problem .
