Bug description: The engineering recipe "Handful of Cobalt Bolts" should yield 1-3 cobalt bolts per craft. Instead, in 40 crafting processes I got only 1 handful every single time. That makes crafting really annoying since you need many of these bolts and get just half the average result. Proof in screenshots.
