Bug description: Vethir does not spawn at all so u re unable to keep doing the quest chain and also to get the pathfinder

After the recent crash the quest was able to complete again but that means this quest has an issue when the server stays up for too long

hello.

this is a known issue that The npc vethir has some phasing issues atm and a server restart/crash will fix this issue.
