1,75 m
65-75 kg
nus gras nici slabanog
colegii mei au pieptul dezvoltat fie ca sunt mai mari sau mai mici ca mn
daca nati inteles adica sa fie pieptul mai umflat
am forta am cat de cat muschi abdomene se vad si ele cateodata dar piept nu
de la piept pana la buric e drept si nu-mi place
sincer arat bine nus urat dar n-am piept si ma enerveaza chestia asta

O solutie?

Baga flotari ! cauta pe youtube "Chest workout for home" , ca sa gasesti niste exercitii bune si ca sa le faci corect.

pai alte solutii ce ai vrea? apuca-te de sala si dezvoltati toti muschii...te duci regulat. Nu ai timp de sala...baga steroizi si fa un antrenament usor acasa...altceva ce ai vrea?

Pai te tine doar o saptamana. Febra musculara este un bun indicator ca faci exercitiile corect, ca ai reusit sa-ti intinzi muschii la maxim. Cu cat febra musculara este mai dureroasa cu atat inseamna ca faci exercitiile mai corect. Insa , daca ai febra, incearca sa nu tragi la fel ca atunci cand nu ai. Fa ceva usor , dar nu sarii peste antrenamente. Nu poti sa faci nimic ca sa-ti creasca muschii asa peste noapte. Tine-te de antrenamente si ia ceva suplimente alimentare...proteine si alte nebunii...daca vrei ceva sa mareasca procesul...ia creatina...sau steroizi..dar rezultatul n-o sa fie prea placut...fizic o sa arati bine , dar forta...ciuciu.

Incepe sa faci acasa flotari , citeste aici.
Urmez si eu ce scrie acolo si chiar da rezultate , dar mai bine du-te la sala , cei de acolo iti vor propune un program sa faci exercitii pentru anumite grupe de muschi etc.

Pentru prima data fa pe zi 5 flotari.A 2 zi tot asa.Dupa incepi sa faci cate poti ,dar sa faci in fiecare zi.Iati gantere de vreo 10-15 kg si incearca sa faci exercitii.Iti trebuie si o dieta speciala dar iti recomand PROTEINE.

Daca faci febra si nu iti creste pieptul problema nu esti tu,ci ceea ce mananci,poti sa tragi ca nebunul dar daca nu mananci cum trebuie normal ca nu cresc muschii,asa ca iti recomand sa iti faci un program de mancare,incepe cu 4-5 mese pe zi apoi poti mari la 6-7,nu fa prostia sa mananci mult dintr-o data,mai bine mananci des si mai putin,trage tare si nu te lasa
