[DK] Buff Necrotic Strike

Hello. There is that pvp talent called Necrotic Strike, which is (would be) the main point of Unholy in pvp. The problem with this spell is that it does too little dmg and absorbs too little healing.
(In instanced pvp: around 40k dmg, 200k healing absorb)
In bfa, it absorbs 7% of the enemy's total health in healing. Imagine. Most people have around 5 mil health in pvp, so that would be 350k healing absorb. Almost double the amount.
It would be awesome if you could raise it to around 300k, and increase its dmg a bit.

The fact that it barely does anything makes it almost pointless to use, even in high dampening.
