I noticed that my runeforge is only allowing me to use Rune of RazorIce and not the other two I can get... It shows up on the unlearned page but not my learned page, I thought those came with like the first quest or two being a DK, maybe its a bug I don't know but I just wanted to throw this out there

You will unlock the other two as you level and progress the quests (assuming you're low level currently because you didn't provide any proof).
Also, if you have any issues regarding Legion content, contact us on discord.
