Pai eu zic in felul urmator:
-Hc: 5 dkp
-BH 10/25: 10 dkp (fight-ul este prea usor pt mai multe dkp-uri)
-BOT N: 10 dkp
-BOT HC: 20 dkp
Minim bid 5
Se va renunta la dkp-ul oferit pt Hc cand vor fi minim 4 bosi in raid-uri sau cand vor fi 4 Hc pt a nu face 200000 dkp-uri pe saptamana.

ENG:
-Hc: 5 dkp
-BH 10/25: 10 dkp (The fight is way too easy)
-BOT N: 10 dkp
-BOT HC: 20 dkp
We will stop awarding dkp for HC dungeons when 4 HC will work or when 2 more bosses will be added on any raid instance.

GEAR PRIORITIES
-first of all, everybody has to have written at their public note their main spec and offspec
-it doesn't matter what spec you have in the raid, you can only bid for the main one in the public note. the thing is, it's not about what the guild can do for you, it's about what you can do for the guild. if we wanna organise a raid and we lack a single tank, and we ask a dps to respec to tank for the encounter, he must oblige and help the raid. if not, that means you're a loot whore and we don't need those kind of people. same thing applies for healers.
-healers: healers have all the priority. because the lack of items, all healers can bid for any item with spirit they want, meaning paladins for example can bid for cloth items.
-casters: if there's an item with spirit, healers have the priority, only if the healers don't want it you can bid for it. non spirit items are exclusively for casters. again the same thing, classes like boomkins or elemental shamans can bid for cloth/leather items
-PASS ON ALL TRASH ITEMS, FOR THEY WILL BE DEPOSITED IN THE GUILD VAULT FOR LATER USE, OR DISENCHANT.

i'm also open for suggestions.

if there is not a single officer in a raid or dungeon, post a screenshot with the boss down and raid/party composition and you will receive dkps manually. for heroic dungeons, we want screenshot with the last 2 bosses.

In RO textul de mai sus pt ca gm-ului ii e lene
PRIORITATE LA GEAR

- toata lumea are obligatia de a trece la PUBLIC NOTE main spec si off spec(In cazul in care nu aveti acces /w unui ofiter si se va ocupa acesta)
- nu conteaza specul din raid, conteaza specul trecut la note cand bidati pt iteme.
- ideea e sa ne ajutam reciproc si sa nu plangem dupa iteme si sa refuzam sa participam la un raid pt ca nu suntem lasati cu specul pe care il dorim.
-daca ducem lipsa de 1 tank, dps cu offspec de tank se va supune si va trece tank, valabil si in cazul healerilor
-Healeri: healerii au prioritate la iteme, din cauza nr redus de iteme, toti healerii au voie sa dea bid la iteme indiferent ce poarta, de ex paladinul holy poate bida un item cloth de healer
-Casterii: au voie sa dea bid pe 1 item doar daca toti healeri din raid spun pas, iar druizii balance si shamanii elemental au voie sa bideze pt itemele cloth de casteri
-TOATE ITEMELE DE TRASH VOR FI CEDATE RAID LEADER-ULUI CARE LE VA PUNE IN GV SAU LE VA DA DE

Niste chestii de la mine:
Nu va schimbati main spec cu off spec de 3 ori pe zi, este acceptata o schimbare dupa ceva timp cand player-ul chiar nu mai suporta acel spec( ceva timp este masurat in luni nu in saptamani)
Cine nu e de acord sub nicio forma cu aceste reguli este rugat sa dea /Gquit pt a evita eventualele drame de pe Gchat

in legatura cu asta am observat urmatorul lucru: cineva avea la main spec dps si o saptamana a stat heal prin raiduri, a dat bid la iteme de heal ce ii trebuiau si candd a picat un item de dps il vroia si pe ala. pai nu se procedeaza asa, main specul in raid il schimbi doar daca ti se cere si doar asa poti bida pe main spec. dar tu, daca facem raiduri si vii in raid de buna voie cu offspec deja nu mai poti sa ai pretentii sa bidezi pentru main spec. cum ziceam, doar in situatii in care nu avem oameni pot sa rog pe cineva sa stea in raid cu offspec ca sa ajute raidul, dar daca tu ai cerut invite cu offspec nu mai e treaba mea, nu ti-am zis eu nimic. asa ca ori veniti cu main spec direct in raid, ori nu mai veniti, iar in cazul in care chiar nu avem nimic la dispozitie o sa spun eu : vere treci offspec si dai la main spec items bid. ca sa evitam alte discutii.
