Bug description: The description on next rank for Skystep Potions shows that I can get a recipe 2 by a worldquest "Work Order: Skystep Potions" , Although the recipe is not granted when the quest is done, the recipe isn't in inventory, nor its upgraded authomatically, the screnshots are proof and link above shows the quest which I wrote about, also in rewards its written "- Skill: +1x Alchemy"

This is a general issue with all recipes from world quests. Duplicate.
