[DUPLICATE] [7.3.5] [Demon Hunter] Level 100 Demonic talent on a constant animation loop

WoW Freakz link: Eye Beam

Bug description: While casting Eye Beam with the level 100 talent Demonic, your character continues to do the animation of turning into Metamorphosis. This did not happen before 7.3.5, I further tested to see if Eye Beam itself was bugged by changing my level 100 talent to Fel Barrage and found that it only happens when you have Demonic chosen which you will see in my screenshots. This happens in and out of combat.
