[DUPLICATE] [7.3.5] (Frost Mage) Brain Freeze proc bug

Bug description: If you cast Flurry with Brain Freeze proc after a Frostbolt and you get another Brain Freeze proc when Frostbolt hits the target, the first flurry cast removes the new Brain Freeze procs also. (In 7.2.5 that wasn't happening and was working as intended)
