Bug description: didn't work for my spec "HAVOC"

I took the quest, I completed it, but it didn't get me the new traits, also I tried to logout and relog even delete cache still not working.

Me too! i got my first spec weapon upgraded but i cannot do the quest on the secondaries! it doesn't even show up!

relogged many times, deleted cache folder... nothing.

Ye... atleast you got your empower on your main spec, I didn't get it...

Same bug happend to my elemental spec . Still trait 54. And quest complete.
Artifact trait didnt unlock
