[DUPLICATE] A Growing Crisis quest chain broken cant begin quest chain

Bug description: The quest giver no longer gives me the option to take the quest after meeting all the requirements.

using the command in game /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(####)) it says I dont have the quest listed above complete but I remember doing them before the update in 7.1.5... I guess I'll just go do them again.

There is another problem then. I cant get those quests from First Arcanist Thalyssra.
